About Culturehood

On 23 March 2020, everything changed. Employees lost the sanctuary and vibrancy of the office and were forced into a new way of working.

I developed Culturehood specifically for scale-ups and ambitious medium-sized businesses that need to rethink how they engage with employees and how to keep them motivated, productive and in good mental health.

According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace report, there are three employee types: engaged, not engaged and actively disengaged. Only 15% of employees are classed as engaged, meaning 85% of the workforce is looking for a position elsewhere or only performing the bare minimum to get through the working day. An alarming stat.
